We’re Greg & Mandy, the husband-and-wife team behind Your Clean Books. We provide bookkeeping & payroll services for small business owners in Florida and across the U.S. keep their books clean, organized, and tax-ready, without the stress, confusion, or late nights in QuickBooks.

As small business owners ourselves, we know how much peace of mind clear, accurate numbers can bring.

Your Clean Books started because we kept hearing the same thing from business owners:
“I’m making money, but my books are a mess, and I have no idea what’s really going on.”
 

Greg spent years running multiple businesses as a real estate investor, full-time realtor, and author, while trying to DIY the books in Excel. Mandy was supporting partners at a Big Four accounting firm, living in spreadsheets, budgets, and financial reports every day.
 

Eventually, we realized there was a huge gap between “corporate-level” organization and what most small business owners actually have time for. So we combined Greg’s love of big-picture strategy with Mandy's eye for detail and passion for systems and processes, and created a bookkeeping service that feels personal, not corporate.

 

Today, we work with service-based and local businesses that want reliable numbers and a team they can actually talk to.

Meet Mandy
 

I’m Mandy, the detail-focused half of the husband-and-wife team behind Your Clean Books. While Greg is usually the first voice you’ll talk to, I’m often the one behind the scenes making sure every transaction is coded correctly, every report ties out, and every deadline is met.
 

Before starting Your Clean Books, I spent over seven years as an Executive Assistant at one of the Big Four accounting firms, providing executive support to multiple partners. My work there included preparing budgets, billing codes, and monthly financial reports; processing expenses and time entries; coordinating IT support, CPA renewals, and event logistics; and training more than 50 staff on new billing and reporting systems.
 

I’ve also managed large property portfolios, overseeing budgets, financials, and operations across multiple communities. That experience gave me a deep respect for accurate numbers, clean systems, and well-organized processes, because I’ve seen firsthand how much is at stake when they’re missing.
 

At the same time, I’ve supported Greg in our real estate investing and small business ventures, so I know what it’s like to grow a business while juggling a full workload. That’s why I’m passionate about creating bookkeeping systems that are clean, reliable, and simple for owners to understand, so you can focus on running your business instead of worrying about your numbers.
 

A little background about Mandy:
 

  • B.A. in Business Administration

  • 7+ years supporting high-level partners with expense reporting and financial systems

  • Trained 50+ staff on new billing and reporting platforms

  • Managed budgets, financial reporting, and operations for multiple real estate communities

  • Experienced in remote collaboration and secure handling of sensitive financial information

Meet Greg
 

I’m Greg, one half of the husband-and-wife team behind Your Clean Books. I’ve been a business owner for over 15 years as a real estate investor, full-time realtor, and bookkeeping business owner, so I know firsthand what it’s like to juggle sales, marketing, operations, and manage the books simultaneously.
 

For years, I did my own bookkeeping in Excel. I told myself I was “saving money,” but really I was burning time, stressing at tax season, and hoping I didn’t miss anything important. I know exactly how it feels to be behind on your books and not totally sure what your numbers are telling you.
 

Looking back, I should have handed my books to a professional long before I did, which is a big part of why I started Your Clean Books. I want other small business owners to have clean, accurate numbers without having to learn accounting the hard way. With our firm, my goal is to take the stress of bookkeeping off your plate and give you clear, simple numbers you can actually use to make decisions.
 

A little background about Greg:

  • Master’s degree in Project Management

  • 15+ years as a business owner and real estate investor

  • 7+ years running a small business as a full-time realtor

  • Author of a teen finance book that teaches young people how money really works
